The adhesive control enzyme JHM-N660 can hydrolyze acrylic esters, synthetic rubber, and other special adhesives into low molecular weight substances with water solubility. It can also encapsulate and emulsify fine particle adhesives and hydrolyzed substances, stabilizing them in the system and preventing them from aggregating into large particles. This allows fine particle adhesives to adsorb onto fibers and be carried out of the system.

3.Performance characteristics

1) Reduce adhesive obstacles in the paper machine and minimize paper machine and rewinding breaks caused by adhesive;

2) Reduce paper diseases such as stains and holes caused by adhesive materials;

3) Reduce the cleaning intensity of mesh blankets and dry nets to extend their service life;

4.Usage method/

1) Addition location: It can be added to the pulp tower after crushing or the pulp storage tower before paper machine sizing.

2) Addition method: Add in batches or continuously according to the pulping method.

3) Dosage: 100-200g/t dry pulp, the optimal amount of ZUI needs to be determined through experimentation.

4) Effective temperature: 25-70 ° C; ZUI optimal temperature: 45-55 ° C.

5) Effective pH value: 5.0-10.0; ZUI optimal pH value: 5.0-7.5.

6.Packaging storage
