JHD-4540 WATER-BASED HEAT SEALING BARRIER COATING

1.Product Introduction

JHD 4540 water-based high-performance heat sealed barrier coating is used for paper coating, which can replace PE coating to produce disposable paper products and has good waterproof properties

Oil resistant performance, heat sealable, food contact resistant, anti sticking, printable coating surface, coated paper can be used to make hot and cold paper cups/bowls/paper straws/meals

Disposable paper products such as packaging bags/medicine packaging bags/toy packaging paper bags/hotel supplies independent packaging bags/vomit bags, etc.

Appearance: Milky white translucent liquid

Solid content: ≥ 40%

Density: 1-1.02 (25 ° C)

3.Performance Characteristics

Water resistance: COBB value 6-8 after 30 minutes (affected by coating quality)

Oil resistance level: KIT test>12

Testing method and results:

Pour 100 ℃ boiling water/hot coffee/hot tea into the paper-based container and cool to room temperature;

Pour a mixture of 0 ℃ ice water (volume ratio 1:1) into the paper-based container and cool it to room temperature;

Pour a mixture of 0 ℃ lemon juice/ice cubes (1:1) into the paper-based container and cool to room temperature;

Pour a mixture of 100 ℃ oil-water (volume ratio 1:1) into the paper-based container and store it in a 65 ℃ oven for 5 hours;

Put the fried French fries and 10% hot oil into the paper-based container, and store it in the microwave oven in heating mode for 2 minutes;  

Test results: The appearance of the tested packaging containers is intact and there is no leakage.

The coating does not stick back, and the anti sticking performance is excellent under film to film or film to paper conditions

Brewed in boiling water at 100 ℃, the coating has no odor

4.Construction method

Suitable for multiple coating methods, hot air baking and drying

Coating amount: 6-8 grams per square meter (total dry film amount, choose coating amount according to protection requirements, to ensure uniform and dense coating, it is recommended to apply twice)

The temperature for rewinding after coating should be below 40 ° C to prevent anti sticking.

5.Precautions

Before construction, the paint needs to be thoroughly mixed and evenly distributed

If the viscosity is too high, you can add about 5% water for dilution

If in contact with the skin, rinse with clean water

After use, please tighten the cap, seal and store it, and avoid direct sunlight

6.Packaging storage

Storage: 5 ° C-25 ° C, away from light

Packaging: 25L/drum, 50L/drum, ton drum
