1.Product Introduction

JHM-L661 paper filter enzyme can selectively degrade water-soluble colloidal substances and some small fibers with no utilization value in pulp. Waste paper pulp contains a large amount of water-soluble colloids and some small fibers with no utilization value, which limits the removal of bound water during free filtration and pressing processes. Removing water-soluble colloidal substances and some small fibers can improve the water filtration of pulp, enhance the air permeability of paper industry, promote the removal of bound water, and reduce the steam consumption of drying cadres.

3.Usage method

1) Addition location: Slurry pool, batching pool, or concentrated slurry area after thermal dispersion, requiring more than half an hour of reaction time.

2) Addition method: Continuous addition by metering pump.

3) Dosage: 100-200g/t dry pulp, the optimal amount of ZUI needs to be determined through experimentation.

4) Effective temperature: 25-70 ° C; ZUI optimal temperature: 45-55 ° C.

5) Effective pH value: 4.0-9.0; ZUI optimal pH value: 5.0-7.0.

5.Precautions

6.Packaging storage

1) Packaging specifications: The standard packaging is 25kg/barrel, which can also be customized according to user requirements;
