1.Product Introduction

JHM-D666 beating enzyme can degrade fibers in the cell wall P (primary wall) and S1 (secondary wall outer layer), relax the cell wall structure, increase liquid permeability, promote fiber swelling, and facilitate the detachment of S1 (secondary wall outer layer) layer. Grinding mechanical force is more likely to cause delamination and fragmentation of fiber cell walls, improving the secondary wall of S2 (secondary wall) layer fiber cell walls, thereby reducing the power consumption of pulping and achieving the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.

3.Performance characteristics

1) Reduce the energy consumption of pulping. Fibers treated with pulping enzyme JHM-D666 are prone to water absorption, swelling, and pulverization, reducing the grinding time of the disc during the subsequent pulping process.

2) Improve the strength of the paper, effectively promote the separation and fragmentation of fiber cell walls, and transform the fibers after shredding into multi-point connections, thereby enhancing the bonding strength between fibers and improving the strength index of the paper.

3) Reduce the loss of small fibers and fillers, and clean the white water system.

4) Reduce the working intensity of the slurry mill and extend the service life of the grinding disc.

4.Application method

1) Addition position: Suitable position before the pulper or grinding, with a reaction time of more than half an hour.

2) Addition method: Continuous addition or one-time addition.

3) Dosage: 100-300g/t dry pulp, the dosage needs to be determined through experimentation.

4) Effective temperature: 25-70 ° C; recommended temperature: 45-55 ° C.

5) Effective pH value: 4.0-9.0; Suggested pH value: 5.0-7.0.
