3.Product advantages

4.Preparation conditions
1) Add a certain amount of water and starch to the boiling pot as required and stir evenly.
2) Add gelatinase (dosage 0.01-0.1% relative dry starch), stir evenly, steam to start boiling, and start gelatinization (control the heating curve according to the viscosity of starch).
3) After gelatinization, heat up to 95 ℃ (keep warm for 15-20 minutes); The operating temperature is generally controlled between 55-65 ℃, and in special cases, it should be determined according to the manufacturer's requirements.
5.Action mechanism
This product can randomly cut off the α - D-1,4-glycosidic bond in the middle of starch molecular chains without affecting the α - D-1,6 glycosidic bond, reducing molecular weight and viscosity. When the viscosity reaches the required level, the enzyme is inactivated through a heating process, and the viscosity is terminated and maintained unchanged. It has unparalleled flexibility in oxidative modified starch. It can significantly improve permeability and adhesion, enhance the surface strength and adhesive effect of the paper, and reduce the occurrence of paper diseases such as shedding hair and powder.
6.Precautions
During use, control the temperature and pH within an appropriate range, otherwise the enzyme activity will decrease significantly.
7.Packaging storage
Packaging: Comes in standard 20kg drums, and the specific packaging can also be customized according to user requirements.
Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool and dry place. The activity will not decrease by 10% within six months of storage at 5-20 ℃; The product cannot be frozen.
