Water solubility: It is easily soluble in cold and warm water, and can be emulsified and used with simple stirring, which is very convenient.

Chemical composition: mixed lotion of higher alcohols and fatty acid derivatives.

2.Scope of application

Suitable for the following production processes to eliminate bubbles and improve production efficiency:

1) Eliminate bubbles in the wet part of the papermaking process;

2) The production process of box board paper, whiteboard paper, corrugated paper, and anti sticking base paper (industrial paper);

3) The production process of news paper and various cultural paper;

4) Especially suitable for the production process of special paper with a high amount of additives (wet strength agents, internal sizing agents, etc.);

5) Suitable for medium and acidic sizing processes.

Add location: Any position of the offline white water tray, offline pit, white water tank, or external white water tank

3.Product characteristics

This product is a defoamer and defoamer product of Gaoxiao's advanced fatty alcohol series for papermaking:

1) Having a good sustained effect, adding a full line benefit.

2) Has good economic viability:

- It does not have a beneficial effect on the performance of other papermaking chemicals (such as pulp sizing agents, retention aids, etc.), resulting in low usage and increased retention of fine fibers and fillers. Generally, the retention rate can be increased by 1% to 2%;

- Able to remove bubbles contained inside the slurry and white water, improve online dehydration, increase paper moisture strength, reduce pinholes and bubbles on the paper surface, reduce the occurrence of paper breakage, and improve production efficiency;

- Can be completely miscible with water, does not pollute the net or woolen fabric, and improves the service life of the fabric.

3) Has good environmental friendliness:

Reduce the usage of other papermaking chemicals and decrease the emission of pollution loads;

- Improve retention rate and reduce emissions of organic loads such as fibers;

The product itself does not increase the pollution treatment load.

Does not contain chemical components such as amino compounds, silica, silicon, oil, etc. that cause resin barriers.

It has outstanding defoaming and anti foaming effects and can be used in production processes with high white water recovery rates.

4.Usage method

1) Degassing and defoaming agents with strong surface activity can be effectively added in small amounts.

2) Add 50g to 1000g per ton of product.

3) The amount and location of addition can be determined based on the type of paper, the use of papermaking additives, production speed, and the gas content of the pulp.

4) It can be directly added to the original solution using a pump or diluted and added using an online mixer.

5) When adding after dilution, it is recommended to dilute the deaerator to water at a ratio of 1:3. A high water ratio can affect the stability of the product.

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packaged in 200 kg/plastic drums

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, and store indoors at temperatures above zero.

Shelf life: Six months (in a cool and dry place at 20 ℃).
