1.Product Introduction

The main ingredient of this product is calcium stearate lotion, which is a water-soluble low viscosity dispersion liquid.

Suitable for various types of coating systems, it has the function of lubricating wet coatings, reducing the frictional force generated by the movement of various components in the coating during operation, promoting the flowability of the coating, improving the coating operation, enhancing the quality of the coated paper, solving the problem of powdering caused by the processing of the coated paper in the overpressure machine, and reducing the disadvantages of cracking or peeling caused by the folding of the coated paper.

Appearance: milky white lotion, solid content: 40% ± 1%, 50% ± 1%

Viscosity: ≤ 200mPa. s (25 ℃) PH value: 9-12 (2% aqueous solution)

Ionic type: Anion density: 0.8-1.1g/cm ³ (25 ℃)

Average particle size: ≤ 650nm Potential Zeta: -15~-25mv (diluted 10 times)

3.Performance characteristics

1) In the coatings industry, it can enhance the leveling and hydrophobicity of coatings, improve the smoothness and crack resistance of coatings.

2) In the papermaking industry, it can be used as a lubricant for paper coating layers, which can improve the lubricity and hydrophobicity of the coating surface, enhance the delicacy of the coating, make the paper smooth and flat, prevent cracking after drying, and improve the printability.

3) In the rubber industry such as isoprene rubber, plasticizers, lubricants, release agents, and mold release agents can soften natural rubber and synthetic rubber.

4.Usage method

1) It is recommended to add 0.6-1.5% of dry pigment directly to the coating (usually used after adding the binder).

2) The amount of lubricant LSC-500 should not be too much, otherwise it will increase the viscosity of the coating, and the flowability and printability will deteriorate.

3) No dilution is required during use.

4) Can maintain stability in dilute alkali and dilute acid solutions, but cannot be mixed with strong acids.

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: This product is packaged in 1000L IBC polyethylene plastic drums.

Storage: This product should be sealed and stored to prevent skinning; Strictly prohibit direct sunlight exposure to prevent delamination failure; It must be stored above 0 ℃ in winter to prevent freezing and prevent emulsion failure.

Shelf life: 3 months.

Transportation: This product is not a dangerous goods and can be transported as a general liquid cargo.
