JH-1201 SERIES WET STRENGTH AGENT

1.Product introduction

This product is a polyamide-epichlorohydrin polymer, capable of quickly and effectively adsorbing and retaining pulp fibers. It undergoes a thermosetting reaction in the drying section of the paper machine's drying cylinder, forming strong chemical bonds, thereby imparting the required wet strength properties to the paper. This product has a wide range of applicable pH values and cures quickly after being discharged from the machine.

It can be widely used in all paper types requiring wet strength performance, such as household paper, decorative base paper, wallpaper base paper, map paper, food packaging paper, fruit bag paper, medical paper, and specialty paper.

2.Main technical indicators

Appearance: light yellow to amber liquid

Ionic type: Cation

Solid content: 12.5%±0.5%

PH value: 2-5

Viscosity: ≤500 mPa·s (at 25℃)

3.Usage method

1）The general addition amount is 5-30kg per ton of oven-dry pulp. (Add as appropriate according to paper requirements)

2） Continuously add the diluted wet strength agent into the high-level tank using a metering pump and mix it with the slurry.

3）This product exhibits high reactivity under neutral to alkaline conditions (pH 6.5-8.0), making it effective for use in neutral and alkaline papermaking conditions.

4.Packaging and storage

Packaging: Packed in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums, or according to user requirements;

Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place; Storage period: 6 months.
