1.Product introduction

This product is composed of various high molecular weight raw materials. After dissolution, it can quickly adsorb onto pulp fibers, significantly enhancing the bonding strength between fibers. This, in turn, effectively improves various physical indicators of paper, such as tensile strength, stiffness, ring crush strength, folding endurance, bursting strength, retention rate, and drainage performance, resulting in remarkable economic benefits. It is widely used in the production of boxboard, cardboard, corrugated paper, yarn tube paper, white board paper, specialty paper, and other types of paper.

3.Usage and precautions

1) Recommended dosage: 1-3 kg/ton of paper; the dosage can be adjusted appropriately according to the specific needs of different paper types.

2) Dissolve the product in 1-2‰ water, slowly add the product while stirring (due to its high viscosity, do not pour it all at once), and after it is completely dissolved and diluted, add the remaining water.

3) The location for continuous online addition should be chosen where it can fully mix with the slurry. Generally, it is recommended to add it before the feeding pump and before the outlet pump of the pre-coating tank.

4.Packaging and storage

Packaged in a 25kg paper-plastic bag. Store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place. Storage period: 12 months.
