1.Product introduction

The D series products are the company's upgraded and iterated new offerings, which bond more rapidly with pulp fibers. This product forms a complex network of ionic bonds through the combination of ions, enhancing the bonding strength between fibers. Simultaneously, it effectively improves various physical indicators of paper, such as bursting strength, folding endurance, tensile strength, and ring crush strength. The product is widely used in the papermaking of containerboard, yarn tube paper, cardboard, specialty paper, and cultural paper.

Appearance: colorless to translucent liquid    Solid content: 20%±1

Viscosity: 4000-12000 mPa·s (25℃)  Ionic type: Amphoteric

PH value: 2-6                      Solubility: easily soluble in cold water

3.Performance characteristics

1） It can significantly improve the physical indicators of paper, such as bursting strength, folding endurance, ring crush strength, tensile strength, and stiffness, for paper types such as specialty paper and cultural paper.

2）Improve the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, enhance water filtration performance, increase production efficiency, and reduce costs.

4.Usage and precautions

1）Recommended dosage: 6-20kg/ton of paper; it can also be adjusted according to the specific requirements of different paper types.

2） It needs to be diluted with clean water, and the dilution ratio is generally 10-40 times. First, add clean water and then slowly and gradually add this product while stirring. For continuous addition, a dedicated dilution device needs to be equipped and connected to the addition point.

3） For the addition location, it is recommended to choose continuous dilution addition through the inlet pipeline of the pre-slurry pump.

5.Packaging and storage

This product is packaged in 1000kg plastic drums or transported in stainless steel tank trucks; it should be stored in a cool and ventilated place; storage period: 6 months.
