JH-1217 PAPER HARDENING AGENT

1.Product introduction

JH-1217 stiffness agent can be directly and effectively adsorbed onto pulp fibers, forming ionic bonds through the combination of ions, thereby enhancing the bonding strength between fibers. This effectively improves various physical indicators of paper and paper products, such as stiffness, tensile strength, and burst resistance.

The product is widely used in specialty paper, shoe paper, packaging paper, corrugated paper, cultural paper, household paper, and paper products.

2.Main technical indicators

Appearance: light white to translucent liquid   Solid content: 20%±1%

PH value: 3.0-6.0                 Water solubility: easily soluble in cold water

3.Usage and precautions

1) Recommended dosage: 5-10 kilograms; the dosage can be adjusted appropriately according to needs.

2) When diluting the product, please use clean water, and the dilution ratio is generally 10-30 times. Slowly add this product while stirring (the product has high viscosity, so do not pour it all at once). After the stiffening agent is completely dissolved and diluted, simply add the remaining water.

3) The addition location should be chosen where the slurry can be fully mixed, either intermittently or continuously. Generally, it is recommended to add at the inlet of the pre-paper pump, the high-level tank, or the inlet of the slurry pump.

4.Packaging storage

Packaging: This product is packaged in 50kg and 1000kg plastic drums.

Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place. Storage period: 6 months.
