JH-611 SERIES CATIONIC SURFACE SIZING AGENT

1.Product introduction

This product is copolymerized from various monomers and polymer materials, which can effectively combine with starch, endowing the starch coating with good crosslinking strength and film-forming hydrophobic properties. It features low addition amount, low cost, excellent water resistance, and convenient use, and is widely applicable to high-strength corrugated paper, boxboard paper, white board paper, cardboard, and other papers.

3.Performance characteristics

1) Significantly improve the high water resistance and ring crush strength of corrugated paper, containerboard, and other paper types;

2) It can completely replace the use of internal sizing agents, with no curing period and low susceptibility to moisture regain;

3) It can be used in combination with raw starch to reduce sizing costs;

4) It exhibits excellent mechanical stability and generates minimal bubbles during operation.

4.Usage method

1) Recommended dosage: 2-4kg per ton of paper.

2) When using, after the pasted starch solution has been cooled to below 70℃, the sizing agent can be continuously added into the pipeline before the sizing pump using a metering pump to mix with the starch solution. For high-speed paper machines, a static mixer can be added after the sizing pump to facilitate mixing.  

5.Precautions

1) Avoid mixing with starch solution too early or for too long.

2) A drying cylinder temperature of ≥105℃ after sizing is more conducive to the sizing effect.

6.Packaging storage

Packaging: 1000kg plastic drums or transportation via tank trucks and liquid bags are both acceptable.

Storage: Store in a cool place (0-30℃), avoiding freezing and exposure to direct sunlight.

Storage period: 6 months.
