JH-103 AKD LOTION SIZING AGENT

1.Product introduction

This product is formulated using a novel polymeric emulsifier and high-quality wax powder, and features rapid curing, excellent stability, long storage period, and superior sizing and water resistance. It can be widely applied to various paper types such as cultural paper, packaging paper, specialty paper, and pulp molds.

2.Main technical indicators

Appearance: milky white to slightly yellow liquid  PH value: 2-5

Solid content: 15%, 20%, 25% ± 1%   Ion type: cationic   Viscosity: ≤50 mpa.s (25℃)   Dispersibility: easily dispersible in cold water

3.Performance characteristics

1) This product can impart high water resistance to paper and enhance its glossiness.

2) Improve the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, reduce pulp consumption, and lower costs.

3) Simplifying the sizing process will not cause paper-making obstacles and will speed up the aging process.

4) Neutral papermaking extends the service life of equipment.

4.Usage method

1) This product can be used within a wide range of pH values (6-9) and is suitable for all types of pulp.    

2) Adding an appropriate amount of anionic capture agent during the use of waste paper pulp yields better results.

3) The recommended dosage is 5-15 kilograms, and it is usually added continuously using a metering pump at the mixing tank or blending tank.

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: This product is packaged in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums or as per customer requirements.

Storage: Store in a cool place (4-30℃), and avoid freezing and exposure to direct sunlight.

Storage period: 3 months.
