1.Product introduction

This product is polymerized from high-quality wax powder, accelerators, emulsifying stabilizers, and other polymer materials, and can be widely applied to various types of paper produced from pulp, such as cultural paper, packaging paper, cardboard, specialty paper, and other types of paper.

2.Main technical indicators

Appearance: milky white to slightly yellow liquid   Solid content: 20%±1%, 30%±1%

PH value: 2-5                    Viscosity: ≤50mpa.s (25℃)

Ion type: Cationic Solubility: Easily soluble in water

3.Performance characteristics

1) It can completely or partially replace the use of internal sizing agents and exhibits excellent water resistance.

2) Significantly improve the surface printing strength of paper products, shorten the aging time, and reduce production costs.

3) It has excellent mechanical stability and produces few bubbles during operation.

4.Use method

1) Recommended dosage: 3-8kg per ton of paper.               

2) When using, cool the pasted starch glue solution to below 65℃, and use a metering pump to inject the sizing agent into the inlet pipeline of the glue pump continuously. For high-speed paper machines, it is more beneficial to add a static mixer after the glue pump to facilitate mixing.

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: Available in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums, or customized according to customer requirements.

Storage: Store in a cool place (4-30℃), avoiding freezing and exposure to direct sunlight.

Storage period: Three months.

6.Matters needing attention

1) Avoid mixing with starch solution too early or for too long;

2) The temperature of the starch solution should not exceed 65℃, as excessively high temperature will affect the sizing effect.
