1.Product introduction
JH-325 anionic surface-enhancing sizing agent is a new generation of enhanced surface sizing agent developed by our company. It can effectively combine with starch, endowing the starch coating with good crosslinking strength and hydrophobic properties. This product features low dosage, low cost, and ease of use. It has good film-forming properties, significantly improving the surface strength of paper types such as double-sided adhesive paper, electrostatic copy paper, and white cardboard. This product has good compatibility with various chemicals and is compatible with starch, direct dyes, acid dyes, fluorescent whitening agents, and other anionic or nonionic substances.
2.Main technical indicators
Appearance: grayish white to brown liquid. Solid content: 25±1%
PH value: 2-5 Viscosity: <50 mPa·s (at 25°C)
Ionic type: Anion Solubility: Easily soluble in cold water
3.Performance characteristics
1) Effectively improve the surface strength and smoothness of paper, and inhibit the phenomenon of paper dusting and powdering;
2) It can achieve excellent water resistance, has no curing period, and is not prone to moisture regain;
3) It can be used in combination with raw starch to reduce sizing costs;
4) It has excellent mechanical stability and produces few bubbles during operation;
5) This product is compatible with dyes, fluorescent whitening agents, and other anions, exhibiting good compatibility.
4.Use method
1. Dosage: 2-4kg per ton of paper.
2. When using, after cooling the pasted starch solution to below 70°C, slowly add the original solution of this product to the batching tank while stirring, and mix evenly before applying the glue on the machine; or use a metering pump to continuously add it before the starch glue applicator.
5.Packaging storage
Packaged in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums, store in a cool place (4-30°C), avoiding freezing and exposure to direct sunlight.
Storage period: 6 months.
