1.Product introduction
JH-WH3364 is a new product developed for cultural paper, specialty paper, and paper requiring improved surface strength and high water resistance. This product is formed through the reactive polymerization of various polymer materials and features low dosage, excellent performance, and ease of use. It can significantly enhance the surface strength and water resistance of paper sheets. The increased surface strength allows for an appropriate increase in filler usage, reducing costs.

3.Performance characteristics
1) Significantly enhance the surface strength and high water resistance of paper sheets, elevating product quality; reduce or replace the amount of AKD sizing agent used in the pulp, clean the system, and reduce costs.
2) Reduce the phenomena of paper dusting and powder falling during the printing process, enhance the printability of the paper, and ensure that the printed matter has clear graphics and text, vibrant colors, and a strong three-dimensional effect.
3) It possesses excellent mechanical stability and is less prone to generating bubbles during operation.
4.Use method
1. Recommended dosage: 2-5kg per ton of paper.
2. When using, cool the pasted starch solution to below 70°C, connect it to the inlet pipeline of the sizing pump of the sizing machine using a metering pump, and continuously add the sizing agent. For high-speed paper machines, it is more beneficial to add a static mixer after the sizing pump to facilitate mixing.
5.Packaging storage
Packaging: Packed in 1000kg plastic drums, or according to customer requirements.
Store in a cool place (0-35°C), avoiding freezing and exposure to direct sunlight.
Storage period: 3 months.
