2.Performance characteristics

This product is directly added to the synthesis process of the product, or added to the lotion at a certain ratio. For papermaking systems with heavy anionic trash, the dosage can be appropriately adjusted. As a slurry potential equalizer, it plays a dual role of sizing enhancement and acceleration of maturation, improving the stability of neutral glue, limiting the hydrolysis and migration tendency of AKD, protecting the AKD lotion, and accelerating the maturation of AKD.

3.Use method and precautions

1) For every ton of AKD lotion, add 10-25 kilograms of 5020A polymer emulsifier.

2) Adding this product can extend the quality stability and storage time of AKD lotion.

4.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packed in 50kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: Store in a cool and well-ventilated place;

Storage period: 12 months.
