1.Product introduction

This product is formulated using advanced production techniques and high-quality rosin, combined with an efficient emulsifier, and processed through a high-temperature, normal-pressure inversion process. It exhibits high free dispersibility and good stability, imparting high water resistance to paper, while also significantly improving other physical indicators of the paper.

3.Usage method

1) If intermittent sizing is used for this product, dilute it with cold water by a factor of 10-20, add it to the slurry, mix well, and then use it. Alternatively, a metering pump can be used for continuous addition, with a recommended addition amount of 0.5%-3%. No dilution is required for continuous addition.

2) The recommended dosage ratio of this product to aluminum sulfate is 1:3. During the addition process, it is advisable to have a time interval of more than 20 minutes between the two. The suitable system pH value is 4-6. Before use, please filter it with a net of 80-100 mesh to prevent paper defects.

4.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packed in 50kg, 200kg, and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: Store in a cool and well-ventilated place;

Storage period: 3 months.
