JH-1219 ANIONIC WAX LOTION

1.Product introduction

The main ingredients of this product are synthetic wax, natural wax, imported synergists, and anionic polymers, supplemented by other effective components. It is used for internal sizing of pulp or surface coating of paper such as fruit bag paper. After use, the sizing degree and softness of the paper are significantly improved, with a soft and natural luster, moist feel, and significantly improved waterproofness.

Appearance: milky white liquid  PH value: 5.0-9.0

Solid content: 35%±1; Viscosity: <100 mPa·s (at 25℃)

Ionicity: Anion

3.Main purpose

This product can be widely applied to various types of paper and paperboard, such as fruit bag paper, printing and packaging paper, writing paper, food packaging paper, and cable packaging paper. It is generally used as an internal pulp additive and for surface coating of paper such as fruit bag paper. It is usually used in conjunction with rosin size, but can also be used with neutral sizing agents for neutral sizing.

4.Usage method

When used for internal addition to the pulp, the dosage of this product is 0.8-1.2%, with 0.8% rosin gum and 4% aluminum sulfate. The pH value of the finished pulp should be 4.5-5.0, and the pH value before the wire should be below 5.5.

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packed in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: Store in a cool and well-ventilated place;

Storage period: 3 months.
