JH-1218 CATIONIC WAX LOTION

1.Product introduction

The main components of this product are synthetic wax, natural wax, and cationic polymers, which are polymerized through a special process. It is used for internal sizing of pulp. After use, the sizing degree and softness of the paper are significantly improved, with a soft and natural luster, a moist feel, and significantly improved waterproofing. 

2.Main technical indicators

Appearance: White lotion Solid content: 35%±1%

Ionicity: Cationic  PH Range: 2-5

Viscosity: <200 mPa·s (at 25℃) 

3.Main purpose

This product can be widely applied to various types of paper and paperboard, such as fruit bag paper, printing and packaging paper, writing paper, food packaging paper, cable packaging paper, etc. It is generally used as an additive in the pulp, and can also be used in conjunction with rosin size and neutral sizing agents for sizing.

4.Usage method

When used for internal addition to pulp, based on the absolute dry pulp, the dosage of this product is 0.8-1.2%, with 0.8% rosin size and 4% aluminum sulfate. The pH value of the pulp should be maintained between 4.5 and 5.0.

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packed in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place;

Storage period: 3 months.
