2.Performance characteristics

It is resistant to acid and alkali, tolerant to hard water, has strong water solubility, stable lotion, and can be diluted with water in any proportion without stratification, emulsion breaking, or agglomeration. It has a long shelf life, high solid content, and good dispersibility.

3.Scope of application

1) For the paper industry: internal sizing, good compatibility with other raw materials, enabling paper to possess ideal water resistance, and other technical indicators are also significantly improved. Using wax lotion can replace 20% to 40% of the traditional resin dosage.

2) Used for blending with artificial boards and adhesives to impart water resistance and enhance surface glossiness to the boards.

3) For waterproofing of wood: Apply the product evenly to the surface of the wood using immersion or spraying methods, and then dry it to achieve waterproofing.

4. For light industry and rubber industry: it can be used as a polishing agent, coating material, and auxiliary agent.

5. For the ceramic industry: Poor-quality kaolin requires the addition of emulsified wax to compensate for its poor plasticity or improve the strength of the initial product. Paraffin emulsion can replace expensive vinyl acetate.

6. For the petroleum industry:

(1) Clean the bottom of the well and carry away rock debris;

(2) Cool and lubricate the drill bit and drill string;

(3) Form a mud cake to protect the wellbore wall;

(4) Adding high-quality paraffin lotion to drilling fluid can significantly enhance its inhibition and lubricity, prevent well collapse, and increase drilling speed.

7. For the textile industry: primarily used as yarn finishing and textile post-finishing agents.

8. Used as a release agent: Used for rubber or plastic product demolding, PU demolding, metal demolding, etc.

9. For water-based coatings and water-based ink industry: improve the scratch resistance, surface hydrophobicity, and anti-adhesion and anti-fouling properties of the coating film, making it smoother.

10.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packed in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: Store in a cool and well-ventilated place.
