1.Product introduction

The main mechanism of action of this product is that cations, through electrostatic forces, hydrogen bonding, and hydrophobic binding between surfactant molecules and protein molecules, adsorb negatively charged bacterial cells, accumulate on the cell wall, and produce a steric hindrance effect, leading to the inhibition and death of bacterial growth. At the same time, its hydrophobic alkyl groups can also interact with the hydrophilic groups of bacteria, altering the membrane permeability, subsequently causing lysis, disrupting the cell structure, and leading to cell dissolution and death.

It can be widely used in various fields such as pulp and paper coating in the paper industry, interior and exterior wall coating, sewage treatment, industrial circulating cooling water systems, and the textile industry.

2.Performance characteristics

1) Broad-spectrum, compatible with any papermaking chemicals, fast-acting and long-lasting SHA bacteria, algaecide;

2) It is not affected by changes in pH value, easy to use, has a strong stripping effect on the mucus layer, stable chemical properties, and good dispersion and corrosion inhibition effects;

3) It is green and environmentally friendly, and its decomposition products have no pollution to the environment and no corrosion to equipment.

4.Usage method

The typical dosage of this product is 100-200g per ton of absolutely dry pulp, and it can be used as a slime stripper at a dosage of 50-150g/L. The addition point can be chosen from locations such as the white water pool or the white water bucket beneath the wire, where the flow is fast and easy to mix. Before the first use, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the pulp pool, pipelines, and flow conveying system.

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packed in plastic drums of 25kg, 50kg, 200kg, and 1000kg;

Storage: This product should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and at room temperature;

Storage: 6 months.
