1.Addressing the pain points

The sewage presents challenges such as slow settling speed of small flocculated solid particles, slow clarification of water quality, slow dewatering of sludge, and low dryness of sludge.

2.Product introduction

MX-W8503 is a water-soluble high molecular polymer. Due to the presence of a certain number of polar groups in its molecular chain, it can adsorb solid particles suspended in water, form bridges between particles, or coagulate particles through charge neutralization to form large flocculants. Therefore, it can accelerate the sedimentation of particles in the suspension, significantly speed up the clarification of the solution, and promote filtration.

4.Performance characteristics

1) Good water solubility, capable of completely dissolving even in cold water.

2) Adding a small amount of water treatment agent product can achieve a significant flocculation effect. The general dosage is 100-300g.

3) The aqueous solution possesses properties such as flocculability, thickening ability, shear resistance, drag reduction, and dispersibility;

The molecule contains active groups that, upon adsorption at the interface, can alter the interface's state. These groups have affinity for many substances and can form hydrogen bonds through adsorption. In water treatment, they can bridge between adsorbed particles, connecting several or even dozens of particles together. This promotes the aggregation of colloidal particles into large flocculated masses, accelerates the sedimentation of particles in the suspension, and enhances the clarification of the solution, thereby facilitating filtration.

4) When using MX-W8503 in combination with inorganic flocculants (such as polymeric ferric sulfate, polymeric aluminum chloride, iron salts, etc.), better results can be achieved.

5.Use method

The dissolving tank is used to stir and dissolve 0.1-0.2% concentration with clean water, with a dissolving time of about 60 minutes. It can be used in combination with PAC for sewage sedimentation or used alone for sludge dewatering. Generally, cationic products are used for sludge dewatering.

6.Scope of application

It is mainly used for flocculation and sedimentation, sedimentation and clarification treatment of various industrial wastewaters, such as chemical plant wastewater, paper-making wastewater, steel plant wastewater, electroplating plant wastewater, metallurgical wastewater, coal washing wastewater, and other wastewater treatments, sludge dewatering, slaughterhouse wastewater, aquaculture wastewater, etc. It can also be used for drinking water clarification and purification treatment;

7.Packaging storage

Packaging: Packed in 25kg, 50kg, 1000kg bags or as per customer requirements;

Storage: Store in a sealed, cool, and dry place to prevent moisture;

Storage period: 12 months.
