1.Product introduction

This series of products can significantly reduce the content of odor substances in the environment, inhibit the reproduction of pathogenic microorganisms, decrease the production of slime, and eliminate the odor of paper products. This product has a wide range of sterilization and deodorization, long retention time, low dosage, low cost of use, and effectively suppresses the source of odor generation. It not only has the functions of deodorization and sterilization but also purifies water quality. It has strong adaptability, can be applied to various complex water quality environments, high biological activity, and strong decomposition ability.

2.Product use

This product is widely applicable for deodorization and sterilization in environments such as paper mill sludge wastewater, urban sewage, industrial wastewater, slaughterhouse wastewater, starch factory wastewater, rubber factory wastewater, garbage disposal plants, and food processing.

3.Dosage and usage

The paper-making industry can refer to the following method: add 0.1-0.5 kilograms per ton of dry pulp, dilute it at a concentration of 5%, and quantitatively add it to the high-level tank. Alternatively, it can be mixed evenly in the slurry pool at one time.

Other industries can choose to add reasonable locations on their own.

4.Matters needing attention

It is recommended to continuously add this product during use to ensure long-term stable odor removal in the system. For the first addition, increase the dosage by 3-5 times. After the entire system is odor-free, gradually adjust and reduce the dosage.
