JH-CX100 FORMING NET CLEANING AGENT

1.Product Introduction

JH-CX100 molding net cleaner is mainly composed of cationic polymer, which can effectively prevent various organic precipitates generated during the papermaking process. It can adsorb shorter fibers, form a protective film on the surface of the paper web, disperse adhesives, reduce their viscosity, and transfer pollutants into the paper blades to be discharged from the system, thereby preventing the formation of pollutants and maintaining the cleanliness of the mesh.

3.Performance Characteristics

4.Usage Instructions and Precautions

JH-CX100 can be directly sprayed onto paper mesh using a metering pump, and the optimal addition point and amount of ZUI should be determined after testing.

Packaging: This product is packaged in 50kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place;

Storage period: 6 months.
