JH-XT300 SYSTEM CLEANING AGENT

1.Product Introduction

JH-XT300 system cleaning agent is composed of organic ammonia, chelating agent, solvent and surfactant, which can produce rich foam to accelerate the cleaning process and effectively remove a wide range of organic pollutants. Can be used for cleaning paper machine systems, as well as for cleaning blankets and nets.

It is particularly effective for various organic deposits, such as inks, adhesives, and resins. It can also be used for continuous or intermittent cleaning of paper machine fabrics, which can remove sediment before it is affected.

1) This product is an efficient penetrant with hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups;

2) Keep the machine mesh and blanket clean, extend their service life, and reduce downtime for cleaning;

3) Hydrophobicity allows it to form an organic protective film on metal surfaces, suitable for use as a cleaning agent in systems contaminated with bacteria;

4) Improve the permeability and cleaning effect of the cleaning solution, and reduce the erosion of metals by the washing solution.

4.Usage Instructions and Precautions

JH-XT300 system cleaning agent is generally added in a periodic impact manner, with a dosage of 0.2-0.6% (minimal circulation). When the system is heavily polluted, the dosage can be appropriately increased.

1) Applicable objects: flotation tank, slurry box, white water tank, grid, slurry storage tank and other flow systems, requiring the system to be able to circulate in a closed manner.

2) Usage and precautions:

① Washing time: 2-6 hours, depending on system contamination and downtime.

② Temperature conditions: Normal temperature is sufficient. Increasing the temperature appropriately can reduce washing time and achieve better washing results.

③ Detergent concentration: Most of them are carried out at a concentration of 0.2-0.6%. Depending on the system contamination situation, the concentration can be appropriately increased for washing

④ Dilute washing solution with water: Use white water to reduce the washing effect, and prioritize using clean water.

This product is an alkaline substance. When using it, wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as rubber gloves, goggles, gas masks, chemical aprons, etc. Avoid eye and skin irritation.

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: This product is packaged in 50kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place;

Storage period: 12 months.
