JH-325 anionic surface enhanced sizing agent is a new generation of enhanced surface sizing agent developed by our company, which can effectively bind with starch and endow starch coatings with good cross-linking strength and hydrophobic properties. This product has the characteristics of small addition amount, low cost, and easy use. This product has good film-forming properties and significantly improves the surface strength of paper types such as double adhesive paper, electrostatic copy paper, and white cardboard. It has good compatibility with various chemicals and can be compatible with starch, direct dyes, acid dyes, fluorescent whitening agents, and other anionic or non-ionic substances.

▌Performance characteristics

1. Effectively improve the surface strength and smoothness of paper, and suppress the phenomenon of shedding hair and powder;

2. It can achieve excellent water resistance, no curing period, and is not easy to regain moisture;

3. It can be used in conjunction with the original starch to reduce the cost of sizing;

4. It has excellent mechanical stability and produces fewer bubbles during operation;

5. This product is compatible with dyes, fluorescent whitening agents, and other anionic or non-ionic substances, with good compatibility.

▌Use method

1. Dosage: 2-4 kg/ton of paper.

When using, cool the gelatinized starch solution to below 70 ° C, slowly add the original solution of this product to the ingredient tank while stirring, stir evenly, and then apply glue on the machine; Or use a metering pump to continuously add starch before the glue machine.

▌Packaging storage

200kg and 1000kg plastic drum packaging, stored in a cool place (4-30 ° C), avoiding freezing and exposure to sunlight.

Storage period: 6 months.
