1.Product Introduction

MX-1106 is a new type of multifunctional additive for papermaking, which has the functions of dust control, water filtration, retention aid, and system cleaning. It is particularly effective in improving water filtration, enhancing production capacity, and improving fiber retention. It can provide excellent dewatering performance for pulp and improve the operating efficiency of the pressing section, thereby improving the initial wet strength of paper and solving the problem of hair and powder loss in the later stage.

3.Performance characteristics

1) The retention of fine fibers and fillers during the papermaking process can be reflected in the improvement of paper ash content, as well as the solution of hair and powder loss, resulting in improved printability.

2) Save steam consumption during the paper forming, pressing, and drying stages.

3) Improve turbidity and charge control, enhance the retention of soluble colloids, and reduce adhesive precipitates.

4) Control the concentration of white water to improve the retention rate of raw materials and significantly enhance the effectiveness of wastewater treatment.

4.Usage method

It can be diluted with water in any ratio and continuously added through a metering pump. It is recommended to use a mixing pump or static mixer to quickly and evenly mix it with the slurry. It is very important to obtain uniform distribution in the pulp. In order to achieve the desired effect, it is recommended to add it separately to the thick and thin pulp according to the condition of the paper machine. The conventional addition range is 0.02% -0.08% (relative to the paper yield).
