JH-WH3364 surface enhancer is a new product developed for cultural paper, specialty paper, and paper that needs to improve surface strength and high water resistance. The product is made by reacting and polymerizing various polymer raw materials, and has the characteristics of small addition amount, good effect, and easy use. It can greatly improve the surface strength and water resistance of paper. The improvement of surface strength can appropriately increase the amount of filler and reduce costs.

▌Performance characteristics

1. Significantly improve the surface strength and high water resistance of the paper, and enhance the product grade; It can reduce or replace the amount of AKD sizing agent in the slurry, clean the system, and reduce costs.

2. Reduce the occurrence of shedding hair and powder during the printing process, improve the printing adaptability of paper, and make printed materials clear, bright in color, and strong in three dimensionality.

3. It has excellent mechanical stability and is not prone to generating bubbles during operation.

▌Use method

1. Suggested dosage: 2-5kg/ton of paper.

2. When using, cool the gelatinized starch solution to below 70 ° C, connect the metering pump to the inlet pipe of the glue pump of the glue applicator, and continuously add the glue. For high-speed paper machines, a static mixer can be added after the glue pump for better mixing.

▌Packaging storage

Packaging: 1000kg plastic drum packaging, can also be packaged according to customer requirements.                                            

Store in a cool place (0-35 ° C), avoid freezing and exposure to sunlight.
