1. Main technical indicators:

Ionicity: slightly negative ions

pH value: 6-8

Water solubility: Easily soluble in cold water and warm water, it can be emulsified and used by simply stirring, which is very convenient.

Chemical composition: Mixed emulsion of higher alcohols and fatty acid derivatives.

2. Scope of application:

Applicable to the following production processes to eliminate bubbles and improve production efficiency:

2.1 Eliminate air bubbles in the wet part of papermaking;

2.2 The production technology of boxboard paper, white board paper, corrugated paper, and anti-adhesive base paper (industrial paper);

2.3The production technology of newsprint and various cultural papers;

2.4 Especially suitable for the production process of special paper that uses a lot of additives (wet strength agent, internal sizing agent, etc.);

2.5 Suitable for medium and acid sizing processes.

Adding location: any position in the white water tray under the net, the pit under the net, the white water pool or the white water tank outside the machine

3. Feature:

This product is a high-efficiency high-grade fatty alcohol series product for suppressing and defoaming in papermaking:

3.1 It has good lasting effect and benefits from joining one place.

3.2 Good economy:

- It does not inhibit the performance of other papermaking chemicals (in-pulp sizing agents, retention aids, etc.), minimizing their dosage and improving the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers. In general, the retention rate can be increased 1%～2%;

- It can remove the bubbles contained in the slurry and white water, improve dehydration on the web, increase the wet strength of the paper, reduce pinholes and bubbles on the paper, reduce the number of paper breaks, and improve production efficiency;

- Completely miscible with water, does not pollute nets and felts, and extends the service life of fabrics.

3.3 Environmentally friendly:

- Reduce the use of other papermaking chemicals and reduce the emission of pollution loads;

- Improve the retention rate and reduce the emission of organic loads such as fibers;

-The product itself does not increase the pollution treatment load.

■Does not contain chemical components such as amino compounds, silica, silicon, and oil that cause resin obstruction.

■It has outstanding foam removal and suppression effects and can be used in production processes with high white water recovery rates.

4. Usage:

4.1 A degassing and foam suppressor with strong surface activity, it can be effective by adding a small amount.

4.2 The dosage per ton of product is 50g~1000g.

4.3 The amount and location of addition can be determined according to the paper type, use of papermaking additives, production speed, air content of slurry, etc.

4.4 Use a pump to add the original solution directly or use an online mixer to dilute and add it.

4.5 When adding after dilution, it is recommended that the dilution ratio of degassing agent and water is 1:3. Too high a water ratio will affect the stability of the product.

5. Packaging and storage:

Packaging: 200 kg/plastic drum

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, indoors at temperatures above zero.

Shelf life: six months (20℃ in a cool and dry place).
