JHBK-603 Papermaking Blanket Cleaner

1.  Product introduction:

A mixture composed of polymers and surfactants, it is an efficient sediment control agent and a repulping assistant. It can be directly used in paper, paperboard, and pulping systems to control various types of sediment. Whether the sediment comes from resin, damaged paper, or secondary fibers, it is a good cleaning agent. This product is suitable for neutral, acidic, and alkaline systems. It can prevent the accumulation of resin, adhesive, coating adhesive, and other hydrophobic pollutants in paper and pulp machine blankets, thereby maintaining the cleanliness of the blankets, improving paper quality, and extending the service life of the blankets.

2.  Main technical indicators:

·Improve the operational stability of the press section;

·Inhibiting the accumulation of hydrophobic pollutants such as resin and adhesive on paper machine blankets;

·Maintain the uniformity of the breathability of the blanket for a longer period of time, extending the service life of the blanket;

·Improve product quality and reduce unplanned downtime for cleaning blankets;

·Use lots of secondary fibers and improve economic benefits.

3.  Main technical indicators:

Appearance: Light yellow liquid

Density: 0.88-0.95

PH value: 6.5-7.5 (10% aqueous solution)

Solubility: Completely soluble in water, but insoluble in most organic solvents.

4. Usage

The amount added varies depending on the type of paper. The recommended dosage for JHBK-603 is 4-10 milliliters per minute per meter of fabric or roller width. During the application process, use low-pressure spray water to spray onto the paper surface of the woolen cloth.

5.  Packaging and storage

Packaging: 50kg, 200kg, 1000kg plastic drums are used for packaging;

Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place, avoid exposure to sunlight;

Storage period: 6 months.
