1. Product introduction:

1) Composed of polysiloxane, dispersant and stabilizer.

2) Outstanding anti-foaming effect.

3) The product does not contain water and will not break the emulsion. It does not contain solvent components and emulsion water.

Appearance: off-white to milky white liquid

Viscosity: 1000~6000mPa.s (25℃)

Active content: 99.99%

3. Scope of application:

1) Oil-water separation and oil-gas separation sections in the oil field industry.

2) Special textile additives and oil field additives.

3) Added to oil-based inks, oil-based paints and other products.

4) Other systems that cannot contain water, etc.

4. Usage:

It has excellent defoaming and foam-suppressing properties. It can be added after foam is generated or added to the product as a foam-suppressing component. According to different usage systems, the amount of defoamer added can be 10 to 1000 ppm. The optimal addition amount is determined by the customer through experiments based on specific circumstances.

It can be used directly or diluted. If it can be fully stirred and dispersed in the foaming system, it can be added directly without dilution. Our company is not responsible for the consequences of direct dilution with water or other incorrect methods of processing or using the product.

5. Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: Packed in 50Kg or 200Kg plastic drums.

2) Shelf life: 12 months.
