JH-1203 Food grade wet strength agent (low chlorine)

1.Product introduction

JH-1203 new wet strength agent is a cationic polyamide surface chlorol polymer, which can quickly and effectively adsorb and retain the pulp fiber with negative charge, and the thermosetting chemical reaction occurs in the drying part of the dryer of the paper machine, resulting in a strong chemical bond, thus giving the paper the required wet strength properties. The main feature of this product is that it is easily absorbed by fibers and can be aged under neutral or alkaline conditions. This product can be widely used for decorative base paper, coated paper, drawing paper, food wrapping paper, fruit bag paper, medical paper and other paper requiring wet strength.

3.Usage

1, the general amount of addition is: 5-30kg/ ton of dry pulp. (The amount can also be added according to the paper requirements)

2. The measured wet strength agent is continuously added to the high box or the stable pulp box with the metering pump, and the paper can be made on the machine.

3. This product has high reactivity under neutral alkaline conditions, so it should be used under medium and alkaline paper making conditions.

4.Packaging and storage

This product uses 200kg, 1000kg plastic drum packaging, can also be packaged according to user requirements. Store in a cool place. Storage period :6 months
