1. Product introduction:
JH-1215 is a food-grade dry strength agent for papermaking developed and produced by our company. It is zwitterionic and can be directly adsorbed to pulp fibers. It forms ionic bonds through the combination of ions to improve the bonding strength between fibers. This product is widely used in cup paper, food packaging paper, food-grade molds, white cardboard, tissue paper, etc.
2. Main technical indicators:
Appearance: colorless viscous liquid Ionic type: zwitterionic
Viscosity: 5 000-10000mpa.s (25 ℃) Solid content: 20%±1
PH value: 2-6 Water solubility: easily soluble in cold water
3. Feature:
1) The residual amount of acrylamide monomer for our food-grade paper dry strength agent is less than 0.001% which fully meets the requirements for trace element residues in food packaging paper.
2) Significantly improve physical indicators such as bursting resistance, folding resistance, interlayer bonding, ring pressure strength, tensile strength, stiffness and other special paper and cultural paper.
3) Improve the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, improve water filtration performance; improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and increase economic benefits.
4) The cost performance of this product is better than that of foreign dry strength agents.
4. Usage:
1) Recommended dosage: 5-20kg/ton of paper, increase or decrease appropriately according to the needs of the paper type.
2) The product must be diluted with clean water when used. The dilution factor is generally 10-40 times. Slowly add this product while adding water and stirring (the product has high viscosity, do not pour it all at once), wait until the dry strength agent is completely dissolved and diluted before use.
3) Choose a position where it can be fully mixed with the pulp. Generally, it is selected to be added at the front pump inlet, high tank or slurry pump inlet.
5. Packaging and storage:
1) Packaging: This product is packed in 1000kg plastic barrel
2) Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place
3) Shelf life: 6 months
