JH-1217 Paper Stiffness Agent

1. Product introduction:

JH-1217 paper stiffness agent can be directly and effectively adsorbed to pulp fibers, forming ionic bonds through the combination of ions, improving the bonding strength between fibers, thereby effectively improving the stiffness, tensile strength, burst resistance, etc. of paper and paper trays.

It is widely used in the manufacturing of egg trays, paper tray molds, shoe paper, boxboard paper, corrugated paper, packaging paper, special paper, cultural paper, household paper and other paper.

2. Main technical indicators:

Appearance: light white to translucent liquid

Solid content: 20%±1%

PH value: 2-6

Water solubility: easily soluble in cold water

3. Feature:

1) Significantly improve the stiffness and strength of paper tray molds, egg trays and other products, the bursting resistance and folding resistance of board paper, the tensile strength, stiffness and other physical indicators of special paper and other paper types.

2) Improve the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, improve water filtration performance; improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and increase economic benefits.

4. Usage:

1) Recommended dosage: 5-12 kg; the dosage can also be increased or decreased appropriately according to the needs of the paper type.

2) Please use clean water to dilute the product. The dilution ratio is generally 10-30 times. Slowly add this product under stirring (the product has high viscosity, do not pour it all at once). After the stiffener is completely dissolved and diluted, add the remaining water.

3) Add intermittently or continuously at a place where it can be fully mixed with the slurry. Generally, add at the inlet of the front pump , the high tank or the inlet of the slurry pump.

5. Packaging and storage

1) Packaging: This product is packed in 50kg or 1000kg plastic drums.

2) Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place.

3) Shelf life: 6 months.
