1. Product Introduction:

JHL-8016 anionic garbage catcher is a highly efficient quaternary ammonium salt type cationic polymer that can effectively combine with anionic garbage and fines in pulp, neutralize dissolved organic matter and negative charges on the surface of small fibers with high charge density, balance wet end charges, completely solve the interference of anionic impurities, promote the retention of fillers, fine fibers, and wet end chemical additives, improve the operating performance of the paper machine, and extend the mesh The service life of the blanket can reduce the steam consumption of the drying cylinder, improve the speed and output. This product is widely applicable to various papers such as corrugated paper, cardboard, coated paper, newsprint, writing paper, etc.

2.1 It can effectively solve the interference of anionic waste and reduce paper problem.

2.2 Improve the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers.

2.3  Improve water filtration performance and extend the service life of nets and blankets.

2.4  Reduce the amount of steam used in the drying cylinder, increase vehicle speed and output.

4. Usage:

4.1 Dosage: 0.2-1kg/ton of absolute dry slurry.

4.2 Dilute with 10 to 100 times clean water before use, and the most suitable addition point can be selected in the pulp loss tank, pre pulp tank, or in front of the slurry pump. The amount of addition should depend on the ratio of mechanical pulp, the amount of damaged paper used for coating, and the cationic demand of the wet end system.

 

5.  Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: This product is packaged in 200kg and 1000kg plastic barrels;

Storage: Store in a cool place, sealed and avoid contact with strong oxidizing agents;

Shelf life: 6 months.
