JH-702 Calcium Stearate Lubricant

1. Product introduction:

The main ingredient of this product is calcium stearate emulsion, which is water-soluble and low-viscosity dispersion liquid.

It is suitable for various types of coating systems. It has the function of lubricating wet coatings, reducing the friction caused by the movement of each component in the coating during operation, and promoting the fluidity of the coating to improve coating operations and improve coating efficiency. It improves the quality of the paper, eliminates the powdering phenomenon caused by the coated paper when it is processed by the super calender, and reduces the defects such as cracking or peeling of the coated paper when it is folded.

Appearance: Milky white emulsion     Solid content: 40 % ±1 % 50 % ± 1 %

Viscosity: ≤ 200 mPa.s (25℃)         PH value : 9 ~ 12 (2% solution)

3. Feature:

1) In the coating industry, it can enhance the leveling and hydrophobicity of coatings, and improve the smoothness and crack resistance of coating films .

2) In the papermaking industry, it can be used as a lubricant for the paper coating layer, which can improve the lubricity and hydrophobicity of the coating surface, enhance the fineness of the coating, make the paper smooth and flat, prevent cracking after drying, and improve the printability.

3) Used as plasticizer, lubricant, isolating agent and release agent in isoprene rubber and other rubber industries and can soften natural rubber and finished rubber.

4. Usage:

1) It is recommended that the added amount of absolutely dry pigment is 0.6~1.5%, which can be added directly to the paint (usually used after the glue is added).

2) The amount of lubricant LSC-500 should not be used too much, otherwise the viscosity of the paint will increase and the fluidity and printability will deteriorate.

3) No need to dilute when using.

4) It can remain stable in dilute alkali and dilute acid solutions, but cannot be mixed with strong acids.

5. Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: This product is packed in IBC polyethylene plastic barrel 1000L.

2) Storage: This product should be sealed and stored to avoid skinning ; it is strictly prohibited to be exposed to sunlight to avoid delamination failure ; it must be stored above 0℃ in winter and strictly protected from freezing to prevent demulsification and failure .

3) Shelf life: 3 months.

4) Transportation: This product is not a dangerous product and can be transported as general liquid cargo.
