1. Product introduction:

JHM-S665 starch conversion sizing enzyme uses biotechnology to directly treat ordinary starch to meet the surface sizing requirements of papermaking, and can replace the commonly used surface sizing agent in the papermaking industry - oxidized modified starch.

2. Main technical indicators:

Appearance: Light brown liquid/white to light yellow powder

Solubility: easily soluble in water

PH value: 3.5-6.5 (liquid type)

Density: 1.0-1.3g/ml (liquid type)

3. Feature:

3.1 The operation is simple, does not change the pH value, does not affect subsequent production, and is non corrosive.

3.2  Paper mills can produce a series of starch adhesives with different viscosities using a single starch raw material as needed.

3.3  Overcoming the drawbacks of traditional oxidized starch modification methods such as high cost, difficulty in controlling oxidation degree, and environmental pollution.

3.4. Starch usage can be increased by 15-30%, effectively stabilizing indicators and reducing costs.

3.5 Increase the smoothness and surface strength of the finished paper, reduce the phenomenon of hair and powder loss on the paper surface, and improve the printability of the finished paper.

4. Preparation conditions

4.1 Add a certain amount of water and starch as required to the boiling tank and stir evenly.

4.2  Add sizing enzyme (with a dosage of 0.01-0.1% relative absolute dry starch), stir evenly, steam start boiling, and start gelatinization (control the heating curve based on the viscosity of the starch).

4.3 After gelatinization, heat up to 95 ℃ (hold for 15-20 minutes); The usage temperature is generally controlled between 55-65 ℃, and in special cases, it is determined according to the manufacturer's requirements.

5. Mechanism of action

This product can randomly cut the middle of starch molecular chains α- D-1,4 glycosidic bonds without affecting α- The D-1,6 glycosidic bond reduces molecular weight and viscosity. When the viscosity meets the requirements, the enzyme is inactivated through a heating process, and the viscosity is terminated and remains unchanged. It has unparalleled flexibility in oxidizing modified starch. It can significantly improve permeability and adhesion, improve the surface strength and sizing effect of the finished paper, and reduce the occurrence of paper defects such as hair loss and powder loss.

6. Precautions

6.1 During use, control the temperature and pH within an appropriate range, otherwise the enzyme activity will be significantly reduced.

6.2 Try to avoid unnecessary contact with the product, wash hands with warm water after use, and avoid direct inhalation.

7. Packaging and Storage

Packaging: It is packaged in 20 kg standard barrels, and the specific packaging can also be determined according to user requirements.

Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool and dry place. The activity will not decrease by 10% within six months of storage at 5-20 ℃; The product cannot be frozen.
