JH-602 Felt Cleaning Agent

1,Product introduction:

JH-602 felt cleaning agent is an efficient detergent for cleaning, stain removal, and descaling. It has multiple functions such as wetting, penetrating, emulsifying, dispersing, suspending, anti-redeposition, and antistatic. It can completely remove blockages that are difficult to clean with ordinary detergents, adhesive material, restore its water filterability, improve air permeability, and increase the dryness of the pressed paper sheet. This product does not damage the felt or corrode the equipment, and can significantly extend the service life of the felt and improve the operating efficiency of the paper machine.

2, Main technical indicators:

Appearance: colorless or light yellow liquid       

PH value: 10-14

Viscosity: ≤30mPa.s (25oC)

Solubility: easily soluble in cold water

3, Usage:

1) Dosage: 0.3-0.5kg/kg felt (absolutely dry).

2) Washing device: a high-level tank with a valve at the bottom and a spray pipe. The effective spray width should be the same as the width of the blanket. The distance between the apertures should match the specified spray time. You can also use a watering can to manually wash the water. Spray.     

3) Washing operation:

① Stop the pulp supply, stop the washing water, and turn the paper machine to crawling speed .

②Spray the cleaning agent evenly on the entire blanket. To ensure that the blanket absorbs the cleaning agent evenly, the spraying time should not be less than the time it takes for the felt to run 5-10 times.

③ During the cleaning agent spraying process and after the spraying is completed , run the blanket at crawling speed for 10-15 minutes , then turn on the running speed and turn on the felt washing system to clean until the felt feels fresh and non-greasy.

4. Precautions:

1) Spray evenly when using and increase the dosage or carry out manual treatment in areas with serious dirt.

2) When the resin glue and dirt on the surface of the blanket are heavy, it can be heated by steam for better effect.

5. Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: Packed in 60kg, 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums.

2) Storage: Store in a cool place.

3) Shelf life: 6 months.
