JH-103 AKD Emulsion Sizing Agent

1. Product introduction:

It is a new generation product developed on the basis of the original neutral sizing agent. It has the characteristics of fast maturation, good stability, long storage period, and better water-resistant. It can be widely used in cultural paper, packaging paper, specialty paper, pulp mold and other paper types.

2. Main technical indicators:

Appearance: Milky white to slightly yellow liquid    

PH: 2-5

Solid content: 12.5%±0.5%, 15%±0.5%, 20%±0.5%, 25%±0.5%        

Ionic type: cationic

viscosity: ≤50mpa.s (25℃)

Dispersibility: easy to disperse in cold water 

3.  Feature:

1) It can give the paper high water resistance, improve the gloss of the paper and reduce the yellowing rate.

2) Improve the printability of paper, increase the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, reduce pulp consumption and reduce costs.

3) Simplify the sizing process, improve the paper machine's paper-making performance, avoid paper-making obstacles, and have fast curing speed.

4) Neutral papermaking reduces equipment corrosion and extends equipment service life.

4. Usage:

1) It be used in a wide pH value range (6-9) and is suitable for all types of pulp.   

2) When using waste paper pulp, adding an appropriate amount of anion capture agent will have a better performance.

3) The recommended dosage is 5-15kg, usually added continuously with a metering pump at the slurry mixing box or mixing box.

5. Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: This product is packed in 200kg, 1000kg plastic drums or according to customer requirements.

2) Storage: Store in a cool place (4-30oC), freezing and exposure are prohibited.

3) Shelf life: 3 months.
