JH-701 Water Resistance Agent

1. Product introduction:

JH-701 water resistance agent has the characteristics of high resin content, good stability, good water solubility, and easy use. It is used on high-concentration scraper or air knife coated paper machines. This product can give excellent wet strength, dry strength and wet friction properties to coated paper, white cardboard and other papers.  It can be widely used in coatings for coating printing paper, white cardboard and cardboard. It has excellent cross-linking and compatibility with the glue and starch in the coating. It does not cause disadvantages such as thickening, flocculation and foaming, so that the coating has good flow stability and chemical stability. It can also be used for surface sizing of high-grade paper and dry and wet enhancer for paper sheets, and can be added directly to the material, easily dispersed in materials and easy to use.

2. Main technical indicators:

Appearance: light yellow to colorless transparent liquid                

Solid content: 40%±1; 50%±1

Water solubility: no layering or precipitation (1:10 dilution)      

PH value: 8-10                   

Viscosity: ≤50mpa.s (25℃)

Stability: 6 months at room temperature

3. Usage:

The absolute dry amount of resin is 8 % -10% of the amount of starch in the coating formula and is directly added to the prepared coating. It can be used after stirring evenly. For example, casein and soybean casein are used in the coating formula. It can also be used with binders such as polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinyl alcohol to obtain the same satisfactory results.                               

4. Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: Packed in 200kg or 1200kg plastic drums.

2) Storage: should be stored in a cool and airtight place, and should be protected from exposure to sunlight and freezing during storage and transportation.
