JH-1201 Wet Strength Agent

1.  Product introduction:

JH-1201 wet strength agent is a cationic polyamide epichlorohydrin polymer that can quickly and effectively absorb and retain negatively charged pulp fibers, and undergo a thermosetting chemical reaction in the drying section of the paper machine's dryer. , creating strong chemical bonds that give the paper the wet strength properties it needs.

The main features of this product are that it is easily absorbed by fibers and can be cured under neutral or alkaline conditions.

This product can be widely used in household paper, decorative base paper, coated paper, map paper, food packaging paper, fruit bag paper, medical paper and other paper types that require wet strength properties.

2. Main technical indicators:

Appearance: light yellow liquid          

Ionic type: cationic type

Solid content: 12.5% ±0.5, 15±0.5%, 20±0.5%, 25±0.5% 

PH value: 2-5

Viscosity: ≤ 500mpa.s (25℃)

3, Usage:

1) Dosage: 5-30kg/ton of absolutely dry pulp. (Add as appropriate according to paper requirements)

2) Continuously add the diluted wet strength agent into the high-level box using a metering pump to mix with the pulp.

3) This product has high reactivity under neutral and alkaline conditions, so it is best used under medium and alkaline papermaking conditions.

4. Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: Packed in 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums, or according to user requirements.

2) Storage: Store in a cool place.

3) Shelf life: 6 months.
