JH-1220 Nonionic Wax Emulsion

1. Main technical indicators:

Appearance: Milky white liquid          
Solid content: 30%±1%

PH Value: 6-9                         
Ionic type: non-ionic

Solubility: easily soluble in cold water

2. Feature:

Anti-acid, anti-alkali, resistant to hard water, strong water solubility, stable emulsion, no delamination, no demulsification, no agglomeration when diluted with water in any proportion, long shelf life, high solid content and good dispersibility.

3. Scope of application:

1) Used in the papermaking industry: In-slurry sizing has good compatibility with other raw materials, which can make the paper have ideal water resistance, and other technical indicators have also been significantly improved. The wax emulsion can replace 20%-40% of the traditional resin size.

2) Used to mix artificial boards with glue to make the board water-resistant and improve surface finish..

3) For wood waterproofing: apply it evenly on the wood surface by soaking or spraying, and dry to achieve waterproofing effect.

4) Used in light industry and rubber industry: can be used as polishing agent, coating and additive.

5) Used in the ceramic industry: Kaolin with poor texture needs to be added with emulsified wax to make up for its poor plasticity or improve the strength of the initial product. Paraffin emulsion can replace expensive vinyl acetate.                             

6) For use in the petroleum industry:

(1) Clean the bottom of the well and carry cuttings;

(2) Cool and lubricate drill bits and drill strings;

(3) Form a mud cake to protect the well wall;

(4) Adding high-quality paraffin emulsion to drilling fluid can significantly improve its inhibition and lubricity, prevent well collapse and increase drilling speed.

7) Used in the textile industry: mainly used as yarn finishing and textile finishing agent.

8) Used as release agent: used for release of rubber or plastic products, PU release, metal release, etc.

9) Used in water-based coatings and water-based ink industries: improve the scratch resistance, surface hydrophobicity, anti-stick and anti-fouling properties of the coating film, and make the coating film smoother.

4. Packaging and storage: 

1) Packaging: Packed in 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums.

2) Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place.

3) Shelf life: 6 months.
