1. Product introduction:

JH-1518 cationic dispersing rosin size adopts advanced high pressure homogenization technology. The emulsion has uniform particle size, good stability, and is easy to retain and distribute. This product has a positive charge and can be retained on the pulp. The demand for aluminum sulfate less, it can be used under a wide range of PH values and near neutral (4.5-6.5) conditions. The amount of rubber is small, the paper has strong durability, high paper strength, and reduces the sewage pollution load and equipment corrosion, which is harmful to the copper mesh. There is less pollution and foam on the felt, and there is no sizing obstacle in summer, which improves the operational stability of the paper machine.

3. Usage:

It can be used directly or diluted 3-5 times with clean water. It is recommended that the adding point is in front of the pulping pump. Use a metering pump to measure and then add continuously. The dosage amount is 5-15kg/t paper. Retaining agents such as aluminum sulfate can be added at the same location or in the mixing box or pulp tank of the paper machine. The sizing pH value is controlled at 5-6.5.

4. Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: Packed in 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums.

2) Storage: This product should be placed in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, protected from freezing and sun exposure.

3) Shelf life: 6 months.
