JH-1219 Anionic Wax Emulsion

1. Product introduction:

The main components of this product are synthetic wax, natural wax, imported synergists and anionic polymers. It is used as internal sizing or surface coating of paper such as fruit bag paper. The strength and softness are significantly improved, the gloss is soft and natural and the hand feels moist. The waterproofness is significantly improved.

Appearance: Milky white liquid          PH value: 5-8

Solid content : 35%±1                 
Viscosity: <100mpa.s (25 ℃)

3. Scope of application:

This product can be widely used in various paper and cardboard, fruit bag paper, printing and packaging paper, writing paper, food packaging paper, cable packaging paper, etc. It is generally used as an additive in pulp and as a surface coating for paper such as fruit bag paper. It is usually used in conjunction with rosin gum and can also be used with neutral sizing agents for neutral sizing.

4. Usage:

When added to the pulp, the dosage of this product is 0.8-1.2%, rosin gum 0.8%, aluminum sulfate 4%, the pH value of the pulp is 4.5-5.0, and the pH value before the net should be lower than 5.5.

5. Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: Packed in 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums.

2) Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place.

3) Shelf life: 3 months.
