JH-1519 Anionic Rosin Size

1. Product introduction:

JH-1519 anionic rosin size is made of advanced production technology, high-quality rosin, and high-efficiency emulsifiers. It has good thermal storage stability, no precipitation, no caking during the shelf life, no summer sizing obstacles, reduced the production cost. It can improve various physical indicators of paper and replace traditional saponified rosin size and reinforced rosin size.

Particle size: ≥90% (0.1-0.5um content)

3. Usage:

1) This product should not be mixed with other ordinary saponified glues. When switching between uses, the slurry tank should be cleaned.

2) Wood pulp or wood pulp paper edge raw materials mainly use forward sizing.

3) If this product is used for intermittent sizing, it must first be diluted with cold water to a concentration of about 2%, and then gradually added to the slurry to ensure even mixing. If continuous sizing is used in front of the screen, dilution is not necessary.

4) The pH value range of this dispersing rosin gum is 4-6.

5) General fillers can reduce the effect of sizing, especially calcium salts, because fillers are harmful to sizing. Therefore, glue is generally added, alum is added, and the mixture is circulated for 20 minutes before adding filler.

4. Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: Packed in 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums.

2) Storage: This product is stored in a dry, cool and ventilated place.

3) Shelf life: 3 months.
