JH-WH300 Surface Enhance Sizing Agent

1. Product Introduction:

JH-WH300 surface strengthening sizing agent is an anionic styrene acrylic product, which is a new product developed for cultural paper. The product has the characteristics of small addition and convenient use. It can significantly improve the surface strength and water resistance of paper pages, and the increase in surface strength can appropriately increase the amount of filler used to reduce costs.

3. Feature:

3.1 Significantly improving the surface strength and water resistance of paper pages can reduce the amount of AKD sizing agent used in the pulp and clean the system.

3.2 Reduce the phenomenon of hair and powder loss during the printing process, improve the printing adaptability of the paper, and make the printed products clear, colorful, and three-dimensional.

3.3  It has excellent mechanical stability and is not easy to generate bubbles during operation.

4. Usage:

4.1 Recommended dosage: 2-6kg/ton of paper.

4.2 When using, cool the gelatinized starch solution to below 70 ℃, connect the metering pump to the inlet pipeline of the gluing pump of the sizing machine, and continuously add the sizing agent. High speed paper machines can add a static mixer after the gluing pump, which is more conducive to mixing.

5. Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: Packed in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums.

Storage: Store in a cool place (0-35 ℃), avoid freezing and exposure to sunlight.

Storage period: 6 months.
