1. Product introduction:

JHWB-1319 is the latest generation of papermaking sludge recycling product developed and produced by our company. During the process of sludge addition, its unique bridge chain structure causes the sludge to generate polymer cationic branched chains, which quickly bind and adsorb with the pulp. The reacted cationic flocs quickly fill the gaps between the coarse fibers, giving it strong affinity and generating new reactions, enhancing the mixing and matching of sludge and slurry, By evenly filling the sludge into the slurry, the uniformity of the paper sheet has been fully improved, significantly improving the folding and breaking resistance and ring pressure strength of the paper, improving water filtration performance, extending the service life of the woolen cloth, improving production efficiency, and reducing the environmental pressure of sewage treatment. This product is widely applicable to corrugated paper, cardboard, kraft cardboard, and other paper types.

3. Feature:

4. Usage:

4.1 Dosage: Dilute online with a metering pump and add continuously after the sludge addition pump. The initial dosage is 2-3kg/T of paper, which can be gradually adjusted according to changes in sludge concentration and indicators.

4.2  Location for adding sludge: at the inlet of the slurry tank or pump before the sludge treatment.

4.3 Scope of sludge addition: 10-50kg/T paper.

5. Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: 50kg, 1000kg plastic drum packaging.

Storage: The product is stored at a temperature of 5-30 ℃, and it is recommended to use it within 3-5 days after opening the lid.

Storage period: 3 months.
