1, Product introduction:

FDJH-9801 is a new type of high efficiency deinking agent developed by our company in cooperation with foreign experts. This product is refined from imported ink separators, collectors, emulsifiers, complexing agents and special enzyme preparations. It has super strong ink separation and collection capabilities, and its penetration, separation, flocculation and other functions are much better than other traditional deinking agents. It is widely used in the deinking process of various imported and domestic waste papers.

 

2, Main technical indicators:

Appearance: pale yellow to dark brown liquid    

PH: 4-8

Active content: ≥98%.                       

Solubility: Easily soluble in cold water

 

3, Feature:

1) Less dosage (only 0.5-1.5 kg per ton of waste paper)

2) Significantly reduces deinking costs and has a high fiber yield, less dust in the paper and high whiteness.

3) It is easy and convenient to use and can be added continuously just before the flotation tank.

4) The deinking effluent is low in pollutants and helps to protect the environment.

 

4, Usage:

1) Dosage: 0.5-1.5 kg/ton waste paper; pulping temperature: 50-60°C.

2) Pulping pH: 10-10.5;

3) It can be added continuously just before the flotation tank.

 

5. Packaging and storage:                  

1) Packaging: This product is packed in 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums.

2) Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated place. If the ambient temperature is too low, stratification or color changes are normal and will not affect normal use.

3) Shelf life: 12 months.
