FDJH-9802 Deinking Agent (Solid Alcohol Based)

1, Product introduction:

FDJH-9802 has the following advantages compared with traditional deinking agents: deinking in normal temperature water, easy to use, significantly reduces deinking costs, small dosage, high whiteness of deinking pulp, less dust, and can be adapted to any ink, has dual functions of flotation and washing. The whiteness and ink removal rate of the produced paper are greatly improved compared with traditional deinking agents. The fiber yield is high, the deinking wastewater pollution is small, and it is conducive to environmental protection.

2, Specification:

Appearance: white powder (slightly moist)      PH value: 7 ~ 11

Active content: ≥98%                        Specific gravity: ≥1.02

3, Usage:

1) Add this product in proportion according to the amount of waste paper added in the hydraulic pulper.

2) Dosage: 0.5-2kg/ton of waste paper. The pulping concentration is 12-16%.

3) The appropriate beating time is 15-30 minutes.

4) FDJH-9802 has good compatibility with other chemical products and is not prone to reactions.

4. Packaging and storage:

1) Packaging: This product is packed in 25kg woven bag.

2) Storage: Store in a ventilated and dry place.

3) Shelf life: 12 months.
